Xochil Elmore

As the Patient Care Coordinator at Citrus Hearing Clinic, Xochil Elmore is passionate about making every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident that they are in the right place. She loves meeting new people and believes that a friendly smile and a caring heart can make a meaningful difference in someone’s experience. Born and raised in Lake County, Florida, Xochil has deep roots in this community.

Her professional background includes serving as a store manager at a local resale shop, working as a Records Coordinator for a local city, and even working as a librarian. Each of these experiences has helped shape her strong work ethic, dependability, and love for serving others. She is excited to embrace this new chapter in patient care, learning new skills and helping patients feel supported throughout their experience at Citrus Hearing Clinic.

One of her most meaningful experiences was leading a wonderful team of volunteers at a local thrift store that served single mothers in the community. That opportunity strengthened her belief in the importance of teamwork, kindness, and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Faith is an important part of who she is and how she lives her life. She is actively involved in her home church, where she and her husband lead a Bible study and serve in various volunteer roles. She and her college sweetheart have been happily married for 23 years and are proud parents of two amazing children. Their son is pursuing his passion for soccer while playing at the college level, and their daughter enjoys being involved in her church youth group and school theatre program.

Whether at work, at church, or in her community, she strives to lead with integrity, encouragement, and kindness. She looks forward to welcoming patients to Citrus Hearing Clinic.
