About Citrus Hearing Clinic
We are a family-owned, independent audiology practice located in historic downtown Clermont. Since 2018, we've provided full-service audiological care to our community and beyond, serving patients from 36 states and 9 countries. Our clinic is led by Dr. Laura Bradley Pratesi, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA, and Dr. Teresa J. Parsons, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA—both experienced audiologists and bilateral hearing aid users who understand hearing challenges personally.
As board-certified Doctors of Audiology, we bring both professional expertise and personal experience to tinnitus management. Dr. Pratesi, who was born with progressive hearing loss, founded Citrus Hearing Clinic with a mission to provide comprehensive hearing healthcare. Dr. Parsons has been diagnosed with constant bilateral tinnitus and uses hearing aids for on-ear sound therapy, giving her unique insight into tinnitus treatment.

What Makes Us Different
With over 300 five-star reviews and referrals from more than 700 physicians, our approach has earned the trust of our community and beyond. As one of only 44 clinics initially selected by Lenire from among 14,000 audiologists nationwide to offer their tinnitus treatment, we bring specialized expertise to every patient interaction, including Real Ear Measurements to ensure optimal device performance.
Unlike traditional clinics that often rely solely on hearing aids for tinnitus management, we utilize a proprietary Modern Tinnitus Base Camp dashboard to track biometric data and identify precisely which factors most affect your symptoms. This comprehensive approach considers your hearing health alongside sleep quality, stress levels, and physical activity, allowing us to develop truly personalized treatment plans that evolve based on measurable results.
