We are a family-owned, independent audiology practice located in historic downtown Clermont. Since 2018, we've provided full-service audiological care to our community and beyond, serving patients from 39 states and 10 countries. Our clinic is led by Dr. Laura Bradley Pratesi, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA — an experienced audiologist and bilateral hearing aid user who understands hearing challenges personally.
As a Doctor of Audiology, Dr. Pratesi brings both professional expertise and lived experience to hearing healthcare. Born with progressive hearing loss, she founded Citrus Hearing Clinic with a mission to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses each person's unique hearing needs.

Dr. Laura Bradley Pratesi brings personal experience to her practice — born with progressive hearing loss, she is a bilateral hearing aid user herself. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders followed by her Doctorate in Audiology, both Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University.
Dr. Laura founded Citrus Hearing Clinic in 2018 and was named an Orlando Magazine Woman of the Year in 2020. She offers comprehensive expertise in hearing aids, cochlear implants, and sound therapy, and is an active advocate for hearing protection.
