Mike has a Management B.B.A. with a Major in Marketing from Georgia State University.  Mike has 30+ years of management experience positions including:

• Senior Manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young: Focused on Business Intelligence, Call Centers and Sales Force Automation, Thought Leader in CRM – Customer Relationship Management
• National Vice President of Sales – GE Capital: Prepaid Solutions and Small Business Credit Card Services, managed Call Center and outside sales representatives.
• Southeast Region Manager – GE Information Services: Focused on Business Intelligence, EDI, SFA, Procurement and Supply Chain consulting, implementation and process reengineering.
• National Vice President, Retail Acquisition at In-Store Audio Network

Mike is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified – With advanced-level training in process improvement, quality management and operational efficiency.

Mike and his wife Cynthia have two daughters and four grandchildren.  He spends his spare time playing with the grand kids and competing in Sand Sculpture Competitions around the world.
