What sets Reveal apart is its approach to background noise. Instead of stripping away as much environmental sound as possible, Reveal is designed to find the right balance between speech clarity and awareness of the world around you. A New Dual-AI Sound Processing System

Reveal introduces a new dual-AI system, meaning the hearing aid runs two artificial intelligence processes at the same time rather than one. Speech AI identifies and enhances voices. Context AI preserves the meaningful sounds around you, things like traffic, a doorbell, footsteps behind you, or your grandchild laughing across the room.

These two systems analyze your listening environment every two milliseconds, roughly 500 times per second, and then work together to blend speech and context into a single, natural sound picture. This is Oticon's third generation of AI-based hearing technology, following the Oticon More and Oticon Intent platforms.

Key Features of the Oticon Reveal

• Reveal AI Clarifier: The processing engine where the dual-AI system decides how much speech and how much surrounding sound to send to your brain.
• Reveal Optimizer: Improved control of feedback, the whistling sound that happens when amplified sound leaks out of the ear and back into the microphone. Better feedback control means your audiologist can give you the amplification you need without the whistle.
• 4D Sensor Technology: Sensors track your head and body movement along with your surroundings, so the hearing aid adjusts based on what you are actually doing.
• Upgraded Connectivity: Works with iPhone and Android, uses Bluetooth Low Energy Audio (a newer, more efficient wireless standard), and supports Auracast, which lets you tune directly into sound systems at theaters, airports, and other public venues.
• Streaming Comfort: Automatically quiets background sound while you take a call or listen to music. You can adjust how much it quiets in the Oticon Companion app.
• CROS Option: For single-sided hearing loss, a CROS transmitter sends sound from your poorer-hearing ear to your better ear. It uses the same chargers as the hearing aids.
• Rechargeable Power: No batteries to replace. Desktop and portable travel chargers are both available, and a new Deep Plum color joins the standard options.
