Lorraine (Lori) was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York but has lived in Miami, Florida for the past twenty-four years. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Lori worked in healthcare for over 19 years as a Patient Financial Representative before joining Citrus Hearing Clinic in 2022. Lori is a proud mother of 1 daughter that has been a nurse for 10 years, currently a traveling operating room nurse. Lori is very active in her community church activities. She enjoys family time, cooking, baking, shopping, and she loves coffee! Lori wears hearing aids herself due to a perforation on the left eardrum where she hears only 10% of speech sounds. She is thankful for the Citrus Hearing Team for giving her a better quality of life and restoring her hearing. Lori is driven and takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. Happy to be part of a team that enjoys serving the community. She feels the most joy at checkout seeing the patients able to hear either with new hearing aids or their own hearing aids being adjusted.
